 One of the latest fraud/scam technique i do come across is "business inquiry scam"

Users will get a call on their number available on a business listing domain like just dial, google business, etc., regarding inquiry for purchasing one of the products of seller/user himself

A scammer is even done his homework as they already know about seller/user's products and nearby locations names.

A scammer will try to believe to the user that he is at a nearby location, and then after they inquire for pricing for products of seller.

Once seller/user give pricing and information about his product, the scammer will try to make payment using UPI payment method,

Here once the user will share their UPI id or QR code, thereafter scammer will use multiple techniques like sending UPI requests on user UPI id by believing him to credit displayed amount to credit to user account,

But eventually, the same amount will be deducted from the user account due to the "debit UPI payment request link".

Even users will believe in scammer fake promises and they enter their own UPI pin to get credit for that amount.

A scammer will also use Army officer's photos and relating status in their Whatsapp number.
